Lewis is a highly experienced Building Surveyor with over 14 years of industry experience delivering a wide range of commercial and professional surveying services across the UK.
Currently a Senior Associate at Evolda, Lewis has a strong track record in managing complex projects, providing strategic advice, and delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
Lewis began his career in 2012 and has progressed through roles from Assistant Building Surveyor to more senior positions within leading consultancies, including Pick Everard and Propitas. His experience spans both professional and project work, with particular expertise in refurbishment, contract administration, and working on occupied sites. He has successfully led a number of high-value schemes, including multi-million-pound office refurbishments at The Grange in Cheltenham and Birch House in Oldbury, delivering projects from inception through to completion.
Prior to joining Evolda, Lewis spent over eight years at Propitas, where he advanced to Senior Building Surveyor, delivering a variety of commercial projects. His earlier career at Pick Everard provided a strong foundation in technical surveying and project delivery, supporting his development into a well-rounded and commercially aware professional.
Lewis graduated from Birmingham City University in 2017 with a First Class Honours degree in Building Surveying.
