We have experience of working with with break schedules, terminal claims and repair notices. In all cases we will work with you to understand your intentions and provide strategic advice on how to best reach those aspirations.
For Tenants
For Tenants, we are able to provide strategic advice to achieve the best outcome in the dilapidation negotiation process. We have experience in acting in complex negotiations and are able to assist Tenants in reducing their claim liabilities.
At Evolda we can further assist by undertaking a Dilapidations Assessments to provide overview of a Tenants dilapidations liability, allowing for early budgeting and strategic planning for a dilapidations exit strategy.
